Shibu, holds close to a decade of pure mobile Industry experience in designing, coding & leading a team. Passionately developing apps since 2002, his experience range from early days in J2ME, switching to blackberry & then going forward in becoming an Android Lead, lately he has ventured into iPhone dev. as well

He is a complete package of mobile solutions, a one point entity where one’s search for mobile technicality ends. Playing roles that ranges right from conceptualisation, designing, creating wireframes, coding, deploying & hosting. He has an itch towards writing & creative thoughts too.

Driven by principles, he wears an attitude of ‘Do or Die’. It’s never 50, 80 or 90%, its always 100% or 0% for him. If he is in, he is completely into something or if he is out he is completely out. Seasoned as a team player, who love challenges!

Married and father of two (as of now…), he is actively involved in Jesus Youth International Catholic Charismatic Movement! Loves daily mass & being with youth.

One fine day, Ken happened to EthicCoders. An engineering graduate who hardly gets intimidated by anything has stuck around with us since 2012. Joined us as an extra hand, he evolved himself steadily not only in the mobile coding arena of Android & WP, but also has spilled his expertise in the area of design.

Jossy as we lovingly call him, has a golden heart. With service written all over, he was an early adopter into our team. He was quite instrumental in preparing the database for our SM App project. The brief time we worked together is really cherished upon with he having every knack of  a sales guy.

Like his companions in EC, Prakash believes in giving his utmost for His highest. Awakened by the realities the gen Z and post gen Z are facing at their young age itself – the touch screens, smart phones etc. and getting a call from his big boss, he decided to quit his corporate job to join EC as a senior software engineer. His passion is in reaching out to the next generation to be a make a difference generation. Though he believes his eleven years of experience in various roles and various technologies will help him to deliver with quality, he firmly believes it is nothing compared to the abilities of his big boss. The first day in EC itself he started enjoying the work with his companions. His wish is to be a useful tool in the hands of his big boss – the Jewish carpenter.

Prakash is married to Nisha. They are blessed with three boys John, Emmanuel and Christo.

Albert, joined EC family as Android mobile app developer and since has been handling the android mobile apps factory. His commitment and effort follows no biological cycle.

Masters in Computer Science he loves art and has family artistic genes, one of his traits that can excel in.
